Return and Refund
We are happy to provide you the diamond products repair and maintenance services, as long as the customer bring with the sales invoice andthe products to visit any of our shops, our shop representatives will be happy to serve you (Please show sales Invoice and products)

or email to myjewelry@myjewelry.com.hk and mail the products back to our company (postage and related duties are the responsibility of the customer).
Please contact us within 7 days for any return request. If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange or cancellation of orders. We will contact you to make the arrangements. The item must be found intact with original purchase condition with no damage in anyway, and all original packaging and accessories.
To exchange a product, the product must be available to purchase on our eShop and its price must be higher or equal to the original order amount. You will have to pay the difference in price if the price of the selected product is higher. You may mail your return to us at your own cost and risk including any shipping fee, taxes and duties.
For Refund, shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Includes the order with free shipping discount, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, ourAccount Department will apply to the bank for refund.
Please note, we are unable to refund your order if you do not follow the correct return instructions.
All engraved, Made-to-Order products and promotion price / outlet products and labelled as "Non-refundable" /"Non-rechargeable" products cannot be returned or refunded.
