We are happy to provide you the diamondproducts repair and maintenance services,as long as the customer bring with the sales invoice andthe products to visit any of our shops, our shop representatives will be happyto serve you (Please show sales Invoice and products)

or email to myjewelry@myjeewelry.com.hk and mail the products back to ourcompany (postage and related duties are the responsibility of thecustomer).
Please contact us within 7 days for anyreturn request. If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange orcancellation of orders. We will contact you to make the arrangements. The item must be found intact with originalpurchase condition with no damage in anyway, and all original packaging andaccessories.
To exchange a product, the product must beavailable to purchase on our eShop and its price must be higher or equal to theoriginal order amount. You will have to pay the difference in price if theprice of the selected product is higher. You may mail your return to us at yourown cost and risk including any shipping fee, taxes and duties.
For Refund, shipping and handling fee isnon-refundable. Includes the order with free shipping discount, the originalshipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive thereturned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions, ourAccount Department will apply to the bank for refund.
Please note, we are unable to refund yourorder if you do not follow the correct return instructions.
All engraved, Made-to-Order products andpromotion price / outlet products and labelled as "Non-refundable" /"Non-rechargeable" products cannot be returned or refunded.
